Hailing from Sacramento, CA, Paul Allen is the creator behind HYPNO-SKULL COMICS.  Hypno-Skull Comics began with an INSANE horror comic about serial killers and zombies, entitled "BrAiNs". Paul will be releasing the final issue of his zombie opus "BrAins" at the 2015 Sinister Creature Con!  Paul is a master cartoonist with an unbelievable, horror inspired, cartoon aesthetic that has earned him the title of official artist of the Sacramento Horror Film Festival and Amber's Sweets performance cast.
